We will look at your current lifestyle and identify patterns and triggers that may lead to habits that steer you away from your goals. We will identify your strengths, which we will tap into to maximize your progress. It may get a little uncomfortable. You may start to feel like you cannot handle the heat. But don’t worry. THREE MONTHS
